Thanks to Miley Cyrus, many of us learned a new word this week: twerking. But Miley did far more than just define it. She demonstrated it before thousands of people attending the MTV VMAs and millions more watching on TV. When asked about her explicit new style of performing, Miley replied:
“It’s called puberty. Everyone’s done it from the beginning of time.I’m just doing it, so you’re zooming in on it and you’re fascinated by it.” Miley Cyrus
Who knew twerking was just a natural part of the puberty process?
